This test has multiple purpose usage for DNA paternity testing as a Home Paternity Test Kit for sibling DNA testing and includes a home DNA Test for at home DNA testing.

Results of this Silver Home Collection Test will be admissible in court if certain conditions are met with full compliance. The “chain of custody”* can legally be
met for our Silver American Medical Services DNA Paternity Test if:

1.  One (1) unrelated witness is used

2.  The unrelated witness takes or observes the swab test collection

3.      Witness must sign the paperwork

4.   Witness must certify by signature the provided pictures of the parties tested.

5.      You provide the pictures or Polaroid Camera and film.

6.      The unrelated witnesses must insert and seal all of the above into the American Medical Services home DNA test kit.

7.      The unrelated witness must seal  and return the provided Pre-Paid Envelope  to our American Medical Services Labs.

DNA PATERNITY TESTING.

American Medical Services Silver DNA Paternity Test Report will then be issued in about 5-7 days and will stand up in any court in the United States as well as other countries. You do not require the mother’s permission for any of American Medical Services Paternity Tests.

* The chain of custody refers to the various chains of “hands” that the individual sample passes through. In the absence of the proper chain of custody test results will not be admissible in a court of law.
